Customer has 15 days period of time to make a  payment for the reserved (hold) domain. After the expiration of 15 days period  if no payment is made the customer loses the rights toward the domain name in  the .AM zone
In case of cancellation of the contract on  demand of the customer the amount paid for registration is not recalculated and returned as it was paid for the fulfillment of  registration process.
«ABCDomain» LLC undertakes to return the whole  amount paid for the domain in case “Internet Society” NGO refuses to register  it in its database.
